About Wedge Farms

Wedge Farms was established in 1903 when 18 year old Jakob Sigvaldason walked from the capital of New Iceland at Gimli Manitoba to claim a homestead over 40 miles away in Vidir. Today, as Wedge Farms Nutrition Ltd. together with partners we offer new innovative food products that maximize the nutrition of people and animals.

All of our products are made with unique methods that not only maximize quality, freshness and shelf-life, but do it with no added preservatives.
